My name is David Payne and I have been selling Toy Soldiers for over 20 Years.

I can supply most of the 2006 Range of William Britain products from our extensive stocks.

 

Late in 2005 the William Britain range passed from Racing Champions to another Company, First Gear, a US based premium die cast Company.

 

The items shown on this site include all items that are available during the first 6 months of 2006.

Items that are due to be released during the 2nd half of the year will be available in due course.

I also have in stock some past editions in very limited quantities. It is not possible to list these in great detail on this site due to the low quantities of these items, but please contact us if you are searching for any particular item to add to your collection.

 

You will notice that a significant number of the ranges previously made by William Britain have been deleted from the 2006 Catalogue. These include the Hollow-cast range, the Delhi Durbar range and the Trooping of The Colour range. Other items that have been discontinued include The Lord of The Rings, The Royal Armouries, The Flower Fairies and The Masters of Science.

We have available limited stocks from some of  these deleted ranges which are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

 

If you collect Limited Editions you are advised to order these items as soon as possible as they are only available in very limited quantities. The 2005 Victory Oak set was limited to only 200 pieces in the United Kingdom and we have only very limited quantities of this item still in stock.

 

This year I continue to offer the entire range of items manufactured by RP World Models in my catalogue. This Company manufactured a large proportion of items for William Britain and the William Britain Collectors Club until very recently. They now produce an impressive number and variety of items, under their trademark of Steadfast, that are of comparable quality and price to those produced by Britain’s. They are also wholly produced in England and are generally available at short notice.

Of particular interest in 2006 is the Limited Edition Crimea War Range which is limited to 150 pieces of each item and which was first issued in 2005.

I am based in Hartlepool in England but supply to customers all over the world by Mail Order. Over 50% of my Sales are to previous customers, many of whom have become personal friends over the years, but I am always happy to supply any new customers
